Well earned rest day!

Well, as mentioned, today is a day of rest. I worked my body pretty hard this week for the first week back, used quite a few shocking principles for growth. Now it is time to rest and let my body recouperate. I will work out tomorrow, due to the gym being closed on Monday. My new split will be like this...
Shoulders/Biceps(2)..am doing the 8 week animal shoulder routine, so this should cover all areas of the delts.
Repeat....this gives me 4 days between my workouts 1 and 2 for certain bodyparts like hams, biceps, and quads.
