Week One/Day Two (LEGS!!)

Tried some full sit ups shown to me by a gal organizing the challenge I'm in. They are progression type. Do a full sit up with arms full extended by your side, once you can do five of those without raising your feet, do them with your hands across your chest. There are a couple other levels. Once I get one done of the first one I'll be happy.
