Cardio day.
Did 45 minutes on the elliptical gizmafrazz while listening to bone crushing heavy metal - trying to keep up. Sorry, Mutt... I mean "... listening to Lawrence Welk whilel trying to keep up..." The Precor ProTrainer-4500 put up a good fight, but I won. Oooohhh yeah. I get completely drenched and people just stare at me. I found if I growl or bark at them, they run away and leave me alone!LOL
Anyway, legs are still sore from yesterday and Monday. "Muscle Rounds" tomorrow.
Nutrition today was nothing to be proud of. Things have been going very well, then, out of nowhere, green St. Patty's day cookies in the lunch room at work today... Bastards. Badda-bing, I ate one. And the son-of-a-female-dog wasn't even that good. I need the willpower duo of JDelts and BB1 to just follow me around and yell, "Yo, Big Dave, you're not really gonna eat that, are you?... Keep this up and there'll be a 'flabalanche' when you take off your shirt this Spring!"
Oh well, sensible dinner and maybe a casual walk on the treadmill tonight to think about my indiscretions! All this Catholic guilt, and I'm not even Catholic!
