Update and Sundays workout

Ok last week on tues I did a chest and SH workout. I hit 275x1 for flat bench and 195x5 on incline both new records. I took off untill sunday. I was planning to take off till the 19th but stress forced me there here is what happend on ME leg day
Squats

Leg press 2 sets of 10 1 of 5 worked up to 5 plates

Highlights: WEll hit a new PR on squats and it was not as hard as I thought....hard enough to end there. On the low squats (meaning i went well past parrell) the last set was 245. I got 5 easy, then the last five were down, back up, rest repeat. On the last one I had almost reracked at 9 and at the last sec went back into my squat stance. ANd got the 10th on. I just about passed out and lost the bar a bit trying to rerack it. But I made it. that last set took over 30-40 secs I think to do.

Lowlight: Only one....I so wanted 425 but with the squats my lower back would not do it.
