Meal #3: Salad, low-fat canola oil ranch dressing, 4% ground beef with peach salsa.

Workout:
Incline Bench - 300
Smith incline bench (positives) - 365
Flat bench (speed) - 225
HS Flat bench for reps - 275
HS MTS Unilateral Biceps - 60 each
Football Bar Standing Curls - 60

Post Workout: Animal Nitro with 2 servings of Gatorade.

Meal #4: Chicken Breast, rice pilaf, steamed broccoli.

Meal #5: 12 oz NF milk, 1 scoop of blended protein, 1 scoop of iso-whey, 1/2 serving of yogurt.

Missed 1 or 2 meals.... damn work!
