Today was arm day, a bit weary today for some reason. But we as warriors of the iron we are, push on. I went in, didn't do too badly, in fact had a great pump. Changed things up a bit today on triceps, and hit biceps hard but short and to the point. Really cut my sets down, had a great pump after my standing curls, thought to myself, can't get much more of a pump than this, and really cut things short. I believe I did the right thing, kind of instinctive.

Had upper pulley bicep curls, lying cable curls(animal) both in my workout, but as mentioned, thought the better of it to not do them. So all in all, 13 sets of biceps curls counting machine isolations. But my real building/working sets were kept to 8 total sets.
