Triceps/biceps

Pretty good arm workout today...still feel it now. Looking for some growth out of today's workout for some reason, just kind of "feel" it. Next week will be drop back week, I have been doing arms with more frequency and to failure for 4 weeks now, and the 5th week is a more rest and not a failure workout for 2 weeks. Then I will resume the 5 day split to failure.
