Thursdays Workout

I did this thursday...but havent had a chance to post it...I like the workout...but only 2 days a week as a breakin...feels like I'm cheating...I really need to get in more cardio...
Deadlift 2 sets 110 lbs 15 reps.(I prefer the straight leg DL....my back was sore the next day...not in a bad way...my middle back up through my shoulders...I could really feel it)
one arm DB shoulder press 15lbs....wow these are hard...anything pushing up seems to be a problem for me...
my grip....stunck...I felt weak...and could feel it in my forearms through this whole thing...
diet...went well....except for last night....but I made it a week with any fr toast!!
