Thursday continued carb up

Well, shaving is complete. Will exfoliate again tomorrow morning. We will put on a coat of Dream tan tomorrow night before bed and sleep with clothes not wanted(dream tan is very messy, and the clothes will also help seal it in so to speak). This has worked well for me in the past. Will touch up the tan Saturday morning backstage if needed. Got all my stuff just about ready and in my gym bag except for what I will need between now and Saturday morning.

I always have trouble sleeping the night before, I hope tomorrow night is different. A good night's sleep would be nice.

I think I am in great shape right now, and if nothing happens between tomorrow and Saturday morning, I should be ready to go, tight and dry. I like the way I look right now, and I believe I am there.

I do believe I will back off a bit on the carbs somewhat tomorrow, I don't want to take the chance of spilling over. I think I am pretty full right now and very, very close to being peak. So now it comes down to hanging on for another day, being careful, so I am ready.

Diet for today...

Meal 1
Cream of wheat(3 tbsp.)
Sprouted grain bread (2 sl.)
PC plus whey (1 1/2 sc.)

Meal 2
Chicken (6oz.)
Sweet potato (5oz.)
Brown rice (1/4c.)

Meal 3
PC plus whey (1 1/2 sc.)
Cream of wheat (3 tbsp.)
Sprouted grain bread (2sl.)

Meal 4
Chicken (6oz.)
Super grain pasta (3 oz.)

Meal 5
Chicken (6 oz.)
Brown rice (1/2 c.)

Meal 6(will have this at 11:00)
PC whey (1 sc.)
Cream of wheat (1 tbsp.)
Sprouted grain bread (1 sl.)
