Supplement Regimen

Wow, it's been a looooooooooong time since I posted on this journal last; almost one year! Now that I've started training heavy again, I hope to start posting my routines here again soon. Anywhooo, after a few requests for my supplement usage, I decided just to post my current one here:

Meal #1: 4 Universal's Uni-Liver tabs; 2 Jointment Sport capsules.
Meal #2: Shake with 2 scoops of Universal's Milk & Egg powder.
Meal #3: 4 liver tabs, 2 Joinments caps.
Preworkout: 2 scoops of Universal's Lean Mass powder, 1 tsp of glutamine, 1 Animal M-Stak.
Immediately upon completion of workout: 1 Animal Nitro pack, taken with glass of Gatorade.
45 minutes after workout: 3 heaping scoops of Universal Real Gains, 1 tsp of Glutamine, 1 Animal Pak.
Meal 5: 4 Liver tabs, 2 Jointment caps.
30 minutes before bed: 3 capsules of Universal's ZMA Pro.

This will change as needed, and I'll keep it updated. Hope it helps.....
