Supplement regimen

I'm going to post this each time I change a cycle, just so I remember where I'm at during a particular stage within my regimen. And, for anyone who is reading this, remember that all of this is in addition to a massive whole food diet (which, I still don't think I'm eating enough - LOL!), and some major harcore training. This is not the average supplement profile of your typical gym rat. It may seem excessive, but I have some excessive goals...

(Training days)

Meal #1: (my "shake of mass" recipe)
Animal Max - 2 scoops
Liquid L Carnitine - 1 tbsp
Liver Tabs - 4
NOX3 - 2
Genesis vitamin pak - 1

#2:

#4: (pre-workout)
Hard Fast - 4 scoops
Animal Max - 1 scoop
Liquid L Carnitine - 1 tbsp
Creatine - 10g
Glutamine - 5g

#5: (post workout)
Animal Max - 4 scoops
Creatine - 5g
Glutamine - 5g
Animal Pak - 1
