started a different program

I know I need to quit switching...but I didn't feel I was getting enough from the other program...I hit toning instead of gain mass...was going to to begin with...but...old habbits die hard.


Barbell squats
10 25lbs 1x
10 35lbs 2x
9 35lbs 2x
8 35 lbs 2x

Straight leg dead lift
10 55lbs 4x
I know I could go heavier with this...but current weight set is maxed at 55lbs

crunches 15 3x
leg raise 10 3x
seated twist 15 3x

felt much better today...but check-in on friday won't be to hot...seriously overate yesterday...terrible habbit...at least it's gone from 1-2 a week 1-2 time a month.
