I don't like working my upper body...always feel like such a wuss...so I just keep on keepin on...waiting for the day I don't feel like a wuss.

Front dumbell raise
10 5 lbs 1x
10,9,8
10lbs 1x ea

seated side lateral
14,12,12,10
10lbs 1x ea

bentover db lateral
12,10,10
10lbs 1x ea

calf raises
20,15,15,15
60lbs cable 1x ea

25 min treadmill
*I know I'm supposed to seperate these by at least 6 hours...but I'm just not getting it done...if I don't get it done in the morning I just don't get it done....still working on seperating...but for today I just wanted to make sure I got it in.
