Well, todays workout was a bit better, managed to keep within my timeframe, completed the workout...shoulders/biceps/triceps/obliques in almost exactly 60 minutes with little difficulty. Was pretty strong also still, not too bad. Tomorrow is a day off. I will do abs, but other than that total rest, no cardio. Here is todays workout...

Shoulders

Side cable laterals
Sets....40x10,55x10,65x12

Rear seated dumbbell laterals
Sets....45x15,45x15,45x14

Standing military presses
Sets...95x10,115x5,120x5

Seated dumbbell shrugs
Sets...85x20,85x20

Biceps

One arm concentration curls
Sets...35x10,35x10,35x9

Seated incline dumbbell curls
Sets....50x6,55x5,55x6

Standing olympic bar curls
Sets...95x6,105x5,115x3

Triceps

Upper cable pressdowns(very close grip with straight bar)
Sets...130x12,140x10,150x8,160x7

Power rack extensions
Sets...95x4,95x4,95x4

Decline dumbbell extensions
Sets...30x6,30x7

Reverse grip pressdowns
Sets...110x9,110x9

Did 3 sets of 10 each side on the seated torso rotation, concentrating on the obliques...90,110,115

Increased my post workout shake by 1/2 scoop MM today. Felt the need. I am so close, very lean now, I feel bumping up my post workout shake is in order for a bit more calories.
