Ahhh...its over! Last heavy workout today! I was pleased, running as much on adrenaline probably as anything today, thinking to myself, all I have to do is finish this, and then this, and one more set, etc., and that is all and I am done!! I believe this is what got me through today.
So without further ado , here are the numbers from todays workout. Not real impressive, but sufficient at this stage of the game. Tomorrow is rest, Saturday starts a whole new ballgame. I will post daily workouts and diet strategies and how I feel.

I was glad to be finished, though I didn't today really "push" anything, I felt satisfied at this point to be where I am. My wife was watching me work out and stated that in the last week it is amazing, the transformation I have taken. She says there is no "plumpness"(her words) anywhere, just solid, well defined muscle. I trust her, she has been there through many comps with me, and knows now what the judges look for and what to eye for. I was a bit concerned a bit over a week ago that I had peaked, but it was unfounded. In fact, I am peaking at the right time right now I believe. Now, if I can get this final week glycogen depleting and loading right, I should be in my best condition ever! I will need to be, there are some good competitors in this show. It is a great show, billed as "Americas favorite drug free show". Always packed, every year larger. I got an email last night from Russ Testo. He will be giving a posing seminar the night before the show. For those of you who have not heard of him, he is billed as one of the most "artful" posers. He will also be one of the guest posers, there will be 3 this year.
