Shoulders/Abs

Today's workout was quite odd. I felt everything(put everything in to each set)while I was doing it, but still kept feeling like I needed more for some reason. Left the gym today with plenty of "fuel" still in the tank so to speak, a bit unusual feeling after the knockdown dragout workouts I have been having. Some of it may have stemmed from cutting myself a bit short on weights, not really knowing what to start with, and undercutting myself. Oh well, may be a good thing for me, leave me some room to grow! Today's workout was the first (emphasizing anterior delts) of my 8 week shoulder program I am cooking up. Here is how it went...

Shoulders...

Seated military press
(warmup with 2 sets of 20 with just bar)
Sets...95x8,105x6,115x4
Negative emphasis set...135x2

Dumbbell upright rows
Sets...50x10,60x10,70x8

Low cable rope front raises(wasn't sure if I was doing these correctly, read the description, took till my 3 rd set to really feel them. Had too little weight to start with)
Sets...40x12,60x12,70x12

Neutral grip incline dumbbell press(with a twist)
Sets...50x8,60x6,70x4,(70x4,45x6)added a set here to really try to get the shoulders burning.

Incline dumbbell shrugs facing bench
sets...60x15,80x15,80x15

Front barbell raise(really felt these good, went strict and controlled the weight..last set had to do a drop to finish out the reps)
Sets...30x15,40x12,(50x6,40x4)

Went really strict on all exercises, used just the shoulders, especially so on seated military so I couldn't get momentum from anything. Felt everything well as I did them, but just left feeling like I could have done more. Also did some abs.
