Highlights: Love the push presses!!!!!

Lowlights: JUst got so tired from this workout

NOTES: I have started to clean the bar off the floor then do the push presses. I got the 165 up, tried the rep and got it half way up. Lowerd back to my chest and then drove the bar and locked it. I tried to clean the bar off the floor for the 175 and just missed it. SO I put the 175 on the squat rack and did the press from shoulder high. I missed that first rep again but second try locked it out easily....not sure why that happened.
