Shoulders

Well, things have picked up drastically at work, we have so many orders, there is no possible way to make them and they are hiring alot of people. They have hired 17 already, and are hiring more. Anyway, all this leads to 10 hr. days for me for support(electrical), plus 8 hr. shifts on Saturdays. So, I am changing my split to try to fit in better. It is a shame, I really like the 3 days off, but can't spend as long in the gym as needed on some workouts now.

My current split is this....

chest/abs
triceps/biceps/forearms
X
back/shoulders
X
legs
X
repeat

It will simply be switched to this for times sake, which I started today...

chest/abs
triceps/biceps
X
shoulders/abs
back
legs
X
restart

So, todays shoulder workout went well, kind of added some stuff since I was doing them by themselves. Had no spot today, so weights were down a bit, but still felt strong. The 70's on seated presses went nice and smooth, it wasn't too awful long ago that I had to get help starting these, then only do a couple. So, here is how the workout went...

Seated dumbbell presses
Sets....70x6,(70x4,45x8),75x4

Standing military presses
Sets....135x2,135x2,115x5,120x4

Seated rotary press
Sets....100x7,115x5,145x3

Cybex plate loaded press(plate weight, close grip)
Sets....50x10,70x4

Cable medial delt raise
Sets....50x10,60x10

Seated delt machine
Sets....100x10,120x9,125x9

Dumbbell medial raises
Sets....30x10

Seated dumbbell rear delts
Sets...45x15,45x15,45x15

Dumbbell shrugs
Sets....105x15,120x12

That was it, followed with a nice ab workout, making up for Sunday's crappy one.
