Shoulder/Ab workout

Pretty good shoulder workout today, tried to keep it simple yet effective. Felt good about where I stopped, not overly trained, but shoulders were thoroughly worked.

2 warmup sets of cable side delts

Power rack medial press
Sets....95x10,115x8,125x4,135x2,135x2(last week I could barely do 135, so a vast improvement)

Seated rotary press...wide grip(plate weight)
Sets....50x10,60x8,70x5,75x3

Front barbell raises
Sets....30x10,50x10,60x8

Side cable laterals
Sets....40x12,50x10

Dumbbell shrugs
Sets....100x15,110x15,120x10,125x10

Seated rear delts
Sets....45x15,45x15,45x15

There it is, simple yet very effective. Followed up with a nice burn on an ab workout, did cable crunches, swiss ball crunches, and weighted crunch machine.

Had my drink, went home, and noone was there. Called my wife's cell phone, her and the kids were just getting ready to order at my favorite mexican restaraunt!(going away dinner they said!) Well, had to join them, so had a nice meal of combination fajitas after my drink...a bit of a cheat, but I have been good, and it sure tasted good!
