Shoulder day...

May be my last workout for a week. I have to go to Cincinnati next week(leaving Sunday), and may be a good time to take my week off. I had a good shoulder workout today. Here is how it went...

Standing military presses
Sets...95x10,95x10,115x6,125x3,125x3

Cybex rotary military press(first time using this, odd movement to say the least)..the plate loaded sides are set across each other, in an X. So when you lift, you are bringing the left side to the right, and right side to the left in a rotary motion.
Sets....70x7,90x6,100x3

Cable upright rows
Sets...80x15,110x12,120x10,120x9

Side lateral raises with dumbbells, no bending of arm. Very strict straight out lifting. Big difference in feeling it in the medial delts!
Sets....20x12,20x10,25x9,25x9,30x8

Seated bent over rear laterals
Sets....45x15,45x15,45x15

Dumbbell shrugs
Sets....90x15,100x10,110x12,115x10
