So like I said I did my DVD day today ...no one is home to laugh at me...I thought this would be easy compared to what we've been doing...hell I thought this lady was going to kill me!!!She had me doing DB flys and bycycles at the same time...she had all kinds of nifty combos going...man..my whole body is on fire!!!Shes one tough broad....but she smiles entirely to much!!!
Well I slept 14 hours last night...went to bed at 8 and didn't get up until Just after 10 this morning...I do feel much better...I would have been fine if those dang dogs hadn't kept me up 1/2 the night the night before...I don't know if they were quiet last night or if I just didn't hear them..they go home tonight so all should be good again!!!
