Regroup workout....

I am not doing well with the new rules workout...I mean...I enjoy it...but I cant seem to get a routine in place as far as diet goes...working out on a daily basis keeps me focused on my diet...I know I could just add another lifting day...and some cardio...but I am going to get back into the challenge routine...its more comfortable...until I can find my bearings diet wise...
so....
Exercise Sets Reps
DB rows 4 12 16lbs
Pull-downs 3 12 60lbs
Shrugs 3 15 55lbs
supermans 3 15(These used to be AWFUL...today...not so bad...not bad at all...only felt them in the last set..I was pleasantly surprised)
Incline DB curls 3 12 15lbs
concentration curls 2 12 12.5lbs 1 12 10lbs
Calf raises 320 55lbs (bb on shoulders)
cardio challenge...
212 calories
15 minutes
It felt good to do this workout...like slipping on a pair of old comfortable jeans...I'll give this one a few weeks...move onto the second phase of the challenge workout...then check my diet from there...diet is by far my biggest opstical...hopefully this will do the trick...
