Did not have time to post this sooner with working on the weekends.

Incline DB presses 4 12 12lbs*
Incline flyes 4 12 lbs*

Pec deck 3 12 30lbs
Shoulder presses 3 12 35lbs(I felt these in my right shoulder)
Superset*
DB laterals 3 12 8lbs* (wasnt taking chances with the shoulder)
DB presses 3 12 10lbs*
Triceps kickbacks 3 12 8lbs*
Triceps pushdown 3 12 30 lbs

cardio....no...


workout...didnt go smoothly...I was in a funk...but it passed quickly...

diet...STILL sucks...not as bad...I keep it together at work...and at home...well theres nothing for me to get in trouble with...I know what to do...I need to write it all down again I've just been lazy...

I need to get rid of the lazies....
