Pretty good leg day

Used a different leg press than normal, and increased my weights on it. It is a bit more difficult than the normal 45 degree sled. Much more resistance to it for one. Here is how it went....
Leg press
Sets....500x10,550x5,550x6,550x3
Hack squats(bottom out on each rep)
Sets...140x10,180x8,200x5,200x6
Leg extensions(this was also a different extension machine)
Sets....90x9,90x12,95x8
Leg curls
Sets....70x10,90x5,90x5(lots of partials for the end part)
Superset Abductors with Adductors
Sets....115x15,120x15,125x15/115x15,120x15,125x15
Standing calf raises
Sets....495x20,495x18,495x18
Donkey calf machine
Sets....160x15,210x15
Kind of felt a bit off today for some reason, but had a good pump in the end, so I was satisfied. Did not do leg work but once on vacation, much more cardio, so felt pretty good about things all things considered.
