Oddly enough...

...it was a pretty damn good day today. After trying to recuperate and alternate my training for the last 2 weeks because of a pinched nerve in my neck, Saturday night I got some kind of food poisioning or stomach bug. Felt like someone was repeatedly hitting my in my gut with a bat. As a result, eating was pretty bland yesterday, so I wasn't expecting too much in the gym today.
Went to class in the morning, and decided to try lifting before heading back to the office. Since I missed them this past Sat., figured I hit Back/Tris today, lay off shoulders this week, hit chest/bis on Thurs, and Deadlifts with a little more back on Sat. The following are the results for today, the heaviest set being listed (not bad!):

Warm up
HS High Rows: 500 lbs. x 4
Cable Rows: 250 lbs. x 6 (full stack)
Lateral Rows: 250 lbs each arm x 6, for negatives
Close Grip Bench Press: 250 lbs x 4
HS Dips: 450 lbs x 6
HS Low Rows: 360 lbs x 8
Weighted Dips (on the parallel dip bar) x 8
Rope Tricep Extensions: 150 x 6 for negatives
