My diet

Thought I would post my diet one more time, may be helpful. This is pretty much as it has been for quite a while. I have been letting my diet do the work along with training. Thank goodness not much cardio(don't know if I could have made it!! Looking at my cardio log, in March I did 6 sessions, in April I did but 7 sessions. In May I have done none. I am very pleased, as cardio is great for fat burning, but can also be very detrimental to muscle at these later stages.
So, here is my current diet, and it will be this till Saturday, with the exception of Friday, which will be no workout and complete rest, so obvously no PWO shake.
Meal 1...1/2 cup oats, 5 eggwhites, 1 sc. ON
Train(3-4 scoops glutamine select during training)
Post training...2 scoops Mass Maker, 1 1/2 sc. of PC whey Isolate plus, 1 tsp. dextrose, 1/2 tbsp. malto, B-complex 100, Vit. C 1 gr., Chromium 500 mcg., creatine
Meal 2....6 oz. chicken, 1/2 cup beans, 1 cup veggies
Meal 3....1 1/2 sc. ON, 1/4 cup eggwhite, 2 tbsp. flax meal, 1/2 tbsp. flax oil, 1/2 oz. of walnuts
Meal 4....6 oz. chicken or 5 oz. bison or 6 oz. tuna with 2 eggwhites, 2 cups veggies, 1 cup salad, 1/2 tbsp. flax oil
Meal 5....6 eggwhite omlette, omlette veggies, salsa, 1/2 sc. of ON
1 sc. glutamine select and ZMA before bed.
I have 3 amino acids and 3 dessicated liver with each meal.
Macro amounts....278/105/24/1704(p/c/f/calories)
