Todays workout felt nice..not quite as strong as I like...but nice non the less...

Crunches 3 30*
Leg raises 3 30*
Oblique crunches 3 30 *
DB rows 4 12 15lbs
Pull-downs 3 12 60lbs
Shrugs 3 15 55lbs
supermans 3 15
Incline DB curls 3 12 6lbs
concentration curls 3 12 11lbs


cardio
35 min...I was tired today on this...I should have rested on sat like I was supposed to...and now my knee is bothering me...sometimes I feel like I'm fallin' apart!!!

diet:
eggs oats ca. bacon(hubby made some pico,I put it on the eggs..it was smokin' hot!!Good though)
2 sc shake w/coffee
NYM meatloaf,rice,broc
1 sc shake
something with chkn,squash and sweet pot
1 sc shake

So far the crabbies seem to be leaving me alone...ofcourse theres no one here to get crabby AT so we'll have to see!!!
