Well, tomorrow was going to be a rest day also. Looks like I will have to go in tomorrow and do my chest/tri workout and take Monday off. As many of you may know, my mother in law has termnal cancer, she was given 1 month today at best. I am obligated to go down there (150 mi. drive), my wife is down there with her, so in order to spend some time with them both, looks like a change of days. So goes plans. I will post my workout tomorrow. (Saturday)
