Legs

Well, followed through on not overdoing it this evening. Very tired, just did one exercise per bp, no real volume, but did push the sets to the limit. The gym was packed, couldn't use the leg press I wanted, 3 guys already on it, so that just added to my plans of taking things a bit easier. Used the more vertical leg press again tonight. Can't do alot of weight on it, tougher than the 45 degree. Anyway, still had a great pump without all the volume, my pants were nice and tight when I left.
