Leg day.....need more be said???

Well, as mentioned above....leg day! Really pushed it today, personal record on the leg press. Did squats last week, and decided to hit the leg press today. Awesome pump, when putting on my pants they again felt like they had just come out of the dryer!

Plate loaded squat presses
Sets....590x10,680x10,770x10,860x3(PB),860x3(PB)

Prone hack squats(feet on lower pad and close)
Sets....135x10,185x10,195x7(also a PB)

Leg extensions (position #3 beginning)
Sets....90x10,100x9,120x7

Leg extensions (position #2 end overload)
Sets....100x10,110x10

Leg extensions (position #1 middle overload)
Sets....100x7

Standing calf raises(did an extra set of these today)
Sets....495x20,495x20,495x20,495x15

Donkey calf machine
Sets....240x15

As mentioned, nice leg workout. Skipped my normal Abductor/adductor supersets...my legs were really pumped with the new weights, did not feel the need to "overdo" things.
