Leg day on a Saturday!!

It is funny, if you go to a gym on Saturday's, you rarely see anyone doing legs. So you have acess to all the leg equipment without having to wait. Most folks like to to more "show" muscles on Saturdays, I guess for obvious reasons. Anyway, it was a very good day. I really destroyed my legs today. Last time I got 860 for a personal record, and did it twice for 3 reps each. This time I got 7 on the first set, followed by a set of 3. Pretty cool. Followed these up immediately with hack squats, pushing them also, and my quads were burning.

Leg extensions
Sets....90x10,105x10,120x8(hold each last rep and lower very slow, nice burn)

Leg curls position #1 overload middle
