phew... leg day KILLS me!! Full circuit, no stopping w/ the treadmill 2x between running at a 6.3 clip.... and then doing that god awful gauntlet... have a love hate relationship w/ that thing, it kills me but i can just imagine my butt having some serious cuts!! I do hope my workouts change next week though, getting kind of burnt on this one, been doing the same thing for almost a month. I have to go back at 6:00 tonight and do another 30 minutes of cardio on the elliptical, maximum incline... I'll be lucky if I can stay awake for the entire American Idol!!
