Leg day

Day after Thanksgiving, leg day. Gym was its usual crowded state this morning, traditionally that way the day after Thanksgiving. I went heavy on legs today, took a bit of a break last week. Set a record, not on weight, but on more reps with my prior heavy weight.Here is how it went...

Squat plate loaded leg press
Sets....590x10,680x10,770x10,860x8,910x4,910x4

Prone hack squats
Sets....150x10,180x10,195x7

Leg extensions(overload middle)
Sets.....90x10,100x10,110x8

Leg curls(overload middle)
Sets....90x6,90x5

Abductors(usually superset with Adductors, but it was out of commission)
Sets....140x20,150x20

Standing calf raises
Sets....495x20,505x20
