Really wanted to go heavy last night, like 245 or more for reps, but my spotters decided not to show up, so I just stayed in for reps. Good lifts, though.

Arnold Presses
70 x 6 (what the hell?)
60 x 8
50 x 10

Dips:
BW x 8 x 3

Got real tired during the Arnolds; don't know what happened. Finish them and the dips, just not in the zone.
