Well, no gym today, can't get out, most stuff is closed anyway as is my gym. Tomorrow was a day off anyway(cardio day), so I will simply switch days and make today a cardio day. Did one cardio session this morning on my treadmill, 20 minutes, 176 calories, and will do another tonight. Tomorrow will be arm day at the gym.
