Great leg workout today

Ok, new leg workout. My goal since I am going back to doing squats is to get myself stronger in thema again. So, I came up with a power/strength/size building scheme to help me progress. It goes like this, 3 sets of 8, 3 sets of 5, 3 sets of 3, with each group of 3 go up 20 lbs., and as I progress, the gap should widen. So, feeling my way, here was my first crack at it. One note, one of the ideas behind this is I know my first 3 sets with a lighter weight I will go deep and strict on, so I will in a sense be pre fatiguing my legs for the heavier reps, thus getting a quality quad workout while at the same time going up in power

(warumup)....135x12,185x6
Sets....
225x8
225x8
225x8
245x5
245x5
245x5
265x3

265x3
Ok, so I felt like I cheated myself in weight a bit, did 3 more sets of 3
275x3,275x3,275x3(this is not part of the program, but as I said, was "feeling" for the weights I should be using. Next time I hope to up all starting weights by 5-10 lbs.
