Good shoulder workout today.

Todays workout was shoulders, and it went well.

Power rack medial press
Sets....95x10,115x6,135x2,125x2,115x4,125x3

Seated Cybex rotary press
Sets....50x10,70x4,70x4,70x4(very slow concentric portion)

Cybex press facing machine
Sets....50x6,60x6

Seated front dumbbell raise
Sets....30x10,35x10

Side cable laterals
Sets....30x12,50x10

Cross cable rear laterals
Sets...40x15,50x13,50x13,50x10(hold each last rep)

Dumbbell shrugs
Sets....100x15,110x11,120x10

Shoulders were feeling pretty good. Did abs with them also.
