Good chest day considering...

Good chest workout today. Thought I may be a bit weak due to doing shoulders yesterday. I usually have a day of rest between shoulders and chest, but with last week's schedule, I was kind of forced to take Friday off and move shoulders up a day. But, it went pretty well considering. Been shifting my workouts to more power type workouts, been over 6 weeks of shocking type workouts, so I thought a change was in order. Must be right, got some good DOMS in my tri's and even a bit in my chest last week(that is really phenominal!) Anyway, pretty pleased all in all today, had a very good pump, though I went up with my weights, I focused very hard on the muscle being worked. Here is how it went.

Chest

Flat dumbbell bench
(warmup)...35x15,50x10,70x6
Sets....85x8,95x6,100x5,105x3,100x4

Incline dumbbells
Sets....70x6,75x4,80x3,75x4

Decline dumbbells
Sets....70x10,75x9,80x7(was hard getting started with these, could have gone up alot more in weights, but have to get someone to hand them to you, and some folks in the gym act like you are putting them out asking them. I don't understand this, I have been in many gyms, and never ever have had a problem giving anyone a spot! Oh well...different people)

Hammer strength wide chest
Sets....180x8,230x5,250x3

My PWO shake was very good I must say!
