Gets in the way. Got out late from work just 10 mins later than normal. A series of car accidents on the ONLY expressway home means an extra 40 mins on the road. Add in one sick cranky Joe Joe and daddy goes for a walk cause that is what joey needed and got. Then it was "use dady and a jungle gym" for a hour or two.

What this means is that I will do day one of the workout tomorrow and it is not all bad that my knee gets one more day off.
