Friday...final day diet

Cut water back to normal for today, and from 6 pm on just taking sips, about a quart total till bed. Potassium hourly. Cut carbs back today, not quite half but from 305 gr. yesterday to 205 gr. today.Will put on 1 more coat of tan before bed, have to be up at 5:30am, need to leave the house at 6:30. The mandatory competitors meeting is at 7:30, prejudging starts at 9:30.
