Practice: DD - 2x10 and one goblet squats (back was not a fan)

Then did some pushups, pull ups and presses

Roller & Stretch: 11:00

Thoughts: a few back spasms this morning... good times.. sat for a long time, then stood for a long time, then sat for a long time in a 12 hour period last night....
