Got up and did 30 minutes of cardio today. Will be doing legs today, 15 minutes of sprints and then hopefully go back after work and do another 20 - 30 minutes of cardio. Work is going to be busy today so we will see what kind of energy I'm looking at. Today I do feel awesome although last night when I got home from work I was hungry and munched on crackers, had a couple jelly beans, and for dinner had BLT (only 1 slice of bacon), w/ lowfat mayo and ended up having a little mac and cheese... eating last night wasn't all that good!!
