Down another pound

Alright, am now down to 124. The pounds are melting off... must be the upping the cardio and the new diet, but that makes 4.5 lbs down in 3 weeks!!

m1: protein shake
AM workout...I did really well, 15% incline treadmill for 25 minutes. then did elliptical max incline, level 11 for 5 minutes, level 12 for 5 minutes, level 11 for 5 and then level 13 for five.
m2: same..protein pancake..I ate it about an hour ago and I am already STARVING!!
m3: can tuna on 1.5 rice cakes
m4: same as above but on 2.5 rice cakes and .5 scoops protein powder
Did back and abs. Cardio was rough this afternoon, I so didn't want to do it... kept telling myself over and over "get it done, get it done" so did 20 minutes gaunlet, 15 minutes treadmill and 10 minutes elliptical
m5: Doing it backwards today... have my late pm snack earlier than usual... protein pancake... yummy.. I have gone through 54 egg whites since SUNDAY!! Thank god Sams sells like for dirt cheap, like 1.27 for a carton of 18. I have to head to Sams tonight, I'm now out of eggs and chicken... dinner is going to have to be shrimp w/ lots and lots of green beans and lettuce.

Tomorrow night my hubby and I are going out on a date, I bought some cute lil American Eagle shorts and a tank to where (he's so proud of me)... we will probably go get some sushi first (I will have the cucumber roll of course) and then go see I,Robot. I LOVE Will Smith, no matter how dumb the movie might be, he always makes it funny!! And then probably head to a local watering hole... of course no drinking for me, but haven't been in awhile and I well, kind of feel like showing off these new muscles I'm developing as well as showing off my gorgeaus hubby!!
