Highlights: I am getting close I feel to really using over 200lb in my regualr squat workouts....that 225x1 was very easy and low....I stopped at 1 cause I by thne felt like ripping off the box squats.
Lowlights: Old Mutt is pushing me to do more and more.....DOMS is the result and it HURTs!!!!
