Crappy chest/abs day

Almost hate to even record this workout. It was definitely not one of my finest. Very little sleep last night, and maybe not fully recovered from leg day Friday, and it was telling today in the gym. Though I did actually have a good pump, weights were way down. I did try to compensate and add some stuff, and this is what resulted in the pump. But, very discouraging day in weights. Oh well, guess we all have to go through this. I know next week I will surely get more rest and eat a few more carbs. So, here is the bad news...and to add insult to injury, no spot today either!

Decline bench press
Sets.....185x9,225x5,225x4,250x4,260x3...went back at the very end of my workout and did one more set of 3 @ 225. Got a final good "feel" from this.

Incline bench press
sets.....135x8,185x4,185x4

Dumbbell inclines
Sets.....80x4,90x4

Flat dumbbell benches
Sets....85x6,100x2 ,100x2,90x5

Power partials
Sets.....225x3,275x3 this wasn't bad!,245x3

Flat flies
Sets....50x10,50x9

Cable crossovers
Sets.....70x10,70x6

Did do a pretty good ab workout after going back to declines for a final set. This was maybe the best part of today.
