Chest/back

1 down, 2 more to go. Today was good, last chest workout and still was as strong as when I started. Very cool, the only difference is as the workout goes on I seem to run out of gas easier, am more exhausted at the end of it than normal. But, as long as I am still hoisting up good weight, I feel good, don't feel like I could have lost very much muscle at all, I am very, very pleased in this respect.
