Chest/Abs, and last day of cut

Ok. my chest day was today was fantastic, had the best chest pump I have had in quite a long time. Did some nice fascial stretching between sets also. On the down side, I was much weaker in dumbbell benches, but that was something I simply have to deal with mentally for a while to continue gains, as I did them last after alot of other stuff. But, again, the chest burn was well worth the strength dropoff, and hopefully was a nice shock to the chest.

Superset Decline bench with dumbbell pullovers(this started things off great..my first set I felt immediately upon conclusion, and it kept getting better)
Sets....185x10,225x5,225x5,245x3,250x2/70x10,80x10,80x10(did 2 extra sets of declines just for grins)

Superset heavy incline dumbbells with light incline dumbbells(really simply drop sets)
Sets.....70x8,80x5,85x3/40x10,40x9,40x6

Hammer strength inclines
Sets....180x6

Flat dumbbell benches
Sets....85x5(this is usually my first working set and good for 8-10!!),95x3,100x2

Hammer strength flat bench
Sets....200x3,180x4,180x5(had to drop weight, was really wore out)

Actually did 2 sets of fly machine also, but did not record them. Just as a test for my shoulder.

Followed up with a killer ab workout! Really felt like I worked today! Last day of my cut by the way, really happy with where I am. My abs are showing fairly nicely, got some nice definition back between delts and bi's/tri's. This is one place I always look to on me. I think this area really defines a bodybuilder, and I hate when I get so heavy it blurs that look away. That is a decent amount of fat. Anyway, tomorrow is Sandy's birthday, and we are going to a steakhouse she really likes, with tons of stuff(bar type, they cook your steak for you, and tons of stuff in the bars), so I plan to have a bit of fun tomorrow, then up my calories slowly for a controlled gain.
