Chest/Abs

Very nice chest day. Started off with declines this time, went well on those, then went to flat dumbbells. Didn't fare too badly on them, but was super impressed that still after doing Hammer strength flat bench also, my incline dumbbells were up to last weeks record! This is so awesome, as again, I have struggled with inclines for so long, I followed each set with some nice fascial stetching also. Really had a great chest pump going today.

Decline barbell(not smith)
Sets....185x10,225x6,250x4,260x2

Flat dumbbell bench
sets....85x7,105x4,115x3,100x4

Hammer strength seated chest press
Sets....180x7,200x5,220x3

Incline dumbbell
Sets....70x7,80x4,90x3,95x2

Hammer strength incline press
Sets....220x3,220x2

Pulley crossovers(haven't done these in forever, they really felt good, finished off the chest nicely)
sets.....40x12,60x10,60x8

Decent ab workout after. All in all very good day.
