Chest/Abs

Pretty decent chest day today, took my day off between legs and chest. (really hit the legs hard Saturday). Went pretty well, be glad when my spotter gets back to the same hours!
Flat dumbbell bench
Sets....85x10,100x4,105x2,115x3(little more rest time),100x4
Hammer strength seated chest press(flat)
Sets...200x7,(230x3,180x4),230x3
Incline dumbbell presses
Sets....70x6,(75x3,50x6),(80x3,50x4)
Hammer inclines
Sets.....180x5,(200x3,140x5,90x3),200x3
Decline barbell
Sets....185x6,225x5,250x1(got a spotter to see if I could do it)
Swiss ball flies
Sets....50x8
Followed with good ab workout.
