I haven't done flat benches first in quite a while, thought I would do them first this time and see if I have gone up any, with my diet and everything, any change can be cool.

Flat dumbbell benches
(warmup)....35x12,50x8,65x6,70x4
Sets....85x7,95x3,100x4,100x4,90x5

Seated chest press(last set drop set to failure)
Sets....265x4,275x4,

Incline dumbbells(last set drop set)
(warmup)....65x5

Dumbbell pullovers

Decline barbells

Weighted dips

Upper cable pulley cruches

Good chest workout, good stretching between each set also.
